Juniors Screen Acting & Technique Course

Class Description

Week 1: Introduction to Acting - Warm-up exercises to build confidence and teamwork - Basic acting techniques: body language, facial expressions, and voice modulation Week 2: Script Reading and Analysis - Reading and understanding scripts - Analyzing character motivations and emotions - Group activities to practice script interpretation Week 3: On-Screen Basics - Introduction to on-screen acting techniques - Blocking and camera awareness Week 4: Monologue Performance - Performing a monologue in the space - Understanding how to handle nerves to perform live in front of an audience Week 5: Scene Study - In-depth exploration of a scene - Emphasis on character development and relationships Week 6: Final Scene Filming - Rehearsing and filming a final scene incorporating learned techniques PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE WILL BE HELD AT OUR BRISBANE LOCATION 3267 LOGAN ROAD, UNDERWOOD.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Our acting coaches are working actors, therefore some classes may need to be rescheduled or substituted with other coaches. Students will receive notice of any changes ahead of time. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before a course begins and will receive a credit of the fees paid (minus the $100 deposit) to be used towards future classes within 6 months. Makeup Classes: We do not offer Makeup classes or Credit for missed classes. Payment Plans: We have partnered with EziDebit to offer Direct Debit Payment Plans to our students. Payment plans are available on all our courses with weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments and incure a small transaction fee per instalment- $1.19 per transaction debited from a Bank Account or 2.19% per transaction debited from a VISA/MASTERCARD Direct Debit request forms will be emailed within 48 hours of booking.
